It is important that you register NOW for the 38th FISAE 2020 International Exlibris Congress.
Our chosen hotel in Central London gets completely full in August each year, so participants need to book quickly in order to guarantee that rooms are reserved.

In addition, we expect this congress to be popular and to be oversubscribed. Already about 70% of the congress places are taken, so DON'T DELAY because the remaining places may go in a rush.

This no longer applies. We ask now for full payment.

If you pay but are unable to attend there will be a refund of accommodation charges if you tell us (or the hotel) in writing at least 30 days before the commencement date of your stay. Your conference fee will be refunded in part or in whole (see terms and conditions on the READ ME page).

The participation fee for each full participant in the Prague Congress 2018 was 180 euros. For 2020 this fee will be £210. This figure includes £10 to help fund the cost of the FISAE website. Our aim will be to achieve the best possible value for money. The payment page has fuller information about what you get in return for your congress fee.

Starting from 1 August 2019, the congress fee is now increasing by £2 per month. The orange box on the Payment page tells you that the Royal National Hotel has kindly extended to end-2019 the discounted rate for our group booking of bedroom. If you delay beyond end-2019 you will have to book bedrooms direct with the hotel, and you will probably have to pay about one-third extra.
